Square Chapel

Next to the ruined church is Square Chapel (now an Arts centre). Made entirely of this glorious red brick. At the time I was taking these pictures the sun was already round to the rear, and bringing out such rich colour in the stone.

Exifs:

ISO 100

  • The sharp angle of the light really brings out the texture and the imperfections in this wall. The "Dance Comedy" sign seems to be in too good of shape for this beaten wall, but I guess it is an example of urban recycling.

  • A fine image for its excellent design in the structure and those great colored bricks. Nicely done.

  • What a great wall... Is this a place where people come together so they can dance in a funny way with each other? mmm... not sure....
